CLTC stands for "Certified in Long-Term Care," a designation granted by the Corporation for Long-Term Care Certification. CLTC graduates have completed a rigorous multidisciplinary course that focuses on the profession of long-term care planning. LUTCF stands for "Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow,” the designation is only granted to individuals that complete the nine-week course and meet all the qualifications. The designation teaches advisors techniques and best practices used in life insurance and annuities, health and employee benefits, financial advising, and investments.
